IoT dashboard for commercial kitchen water conservation
Developed a cloud-based platform to monitor RinseWell water-saving devices deployed in commercial kitchens. Created a customer-facing dashboard that restaurant owners can display front-of-house to showcase their eco-friendly kitchen practices.
The comparative visualization demonstrates efficiency dramatically: for every fraction of a gallon consumed by a RinseWell device, a traditional dipper well would have consumed dozens of gallons.
